Eats core wellness grain free ocean formula because of unknown allergy (licks her paws all the time). Finished a 26 lbs bag already but zero difference. Also taking vetriscience derma strength for few months now. Prefer supplements (chews) that med (Benadryl). There's lawsuit (July 2017) against wellness food (arsenic & lead), should I switch to other brand?if so, which one please? Thanks.
Product recommendation pls: naturvet Omega gold plus salmon oil chews vs VetriScience derma strength every day health chews; pls see attached pics. Looking for Omega 3 supplement (chews). Nikki eats core wellness grain free ocean flavor. Being using VetriScience, her itchiness from unknown allergy hasn't improved. On the other hand, I would like to know where/how I can get cytopoint, asked my vet but they don't have it. Thanks !
Longcoat chi. Excessive Itching, licking especialy after eating (for 60 minutes), hair loss patches on chest, face, ears limbs, butt. Ears & feet look slightly greasy. Have tried limited ingredient chicken, Pork, lamb, turkey. Natures variety and Fromms (worse on Fromms) suggestions on dry food? Live in CA, so can't order kangaroo here. Better quality kibble only. My dog Dexter is a rescue and although I don’t know much about his medical history, I’ve noticed he might have some trouble with his skin. A vet on this site (thank you Dr. Elizabeth from the U.S.) recommended I start giving him omega 3 fatty acids. Is there an effective chewable vitamin that I can give him that I can get for under $30 on Amazon or Petco?

My dog has severe scratching right now and our vet advised it could be flea allergies. I also have a suspicion of food allergies so I will be transitioning him to wheat/corn/soy free dog food the next couple of weeks. I want to make treats that have plain yogurt (alive bacteria), diatomaceous earth, coconut oil, local honey, and maybe apple cider vinegar and fish oil. I saw all those help with allergies and perasites, which he has issues with. Could this combo be dangerous or not help him?
I have an 8 yr old obese lab that is having a bit of trouble getting up after lying down & is gimpy for a bit afterward. I know the stiffness has a bit to do w/ his weight (125 lbs). But he also has TERRIBLE skin allergies that make him itch HORRIBLY! I believe he also has food allergies too... What large breed food/supplements (brand suggestions & formulas pls!) should I be giving him to help him lose weight, help his SEVERE skin & food allergies & his joint problems as he ages even further?
My dog has always had itchy skin, goopy eyes. Now shes sneezing/wheezing a lot. apt next door is being renovated so I think dust is part problem but I think it’s mostly allergies. Apoquel is too $$ & I don’t want a lifelong Rx. Generic Loratadine doesn’t help. Any recos? Thoughts on Quercetin, tho most have fillers? She also has food allergies which I think we solved with food switch that eliminated red belly bumps. But she still itches. Fatty acid oil doesn’t help. Is this all allergies?

Good morning, we have a 3-1/2 year old female german Shepard that at first we thought that she had ear infections, the vet treated her with ear drop solution, short term. The scratching at her ears continued. Dr subscribed Aboquill ??? it helped short time. Her coat is beautiful, she is active. They are suggesting that we try Hypo Allergenic dog food prescribed by a vet at $95 for 18 pounds. any suggestions?
