BAD. Stick with Farmers Dog or Ollie

I have always given my dog fresh food. He loves farmers dog and Ollie, but I decided to try this one to see how it is. I've NEVER experienced a worse smell in my entire life. The lamb recipe WILL MAKE YOUR WHOLE HOUSE SMELL BAD. I had to throw all of it in the trash. Plus, my dog didn't like it. I would suggest Farmers Dog or Ollie before JFFD. Its just not the same quality PLUS THE SMELL

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have been buying this brand for some time now. The variety of flavors and proteins used is nice if you have a dog that likes variety as mine does. I like to feed raw and gently cooked food with a quality kibble. Has worked well for my now 14 yr old dog.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great food. Ok packaging.

Our dogs love the food. I do wish that the plastic packaging was a little bit more durable. It seems to be easily punctured in shipping and storage, which leads to it leaking when we defrost it in the fridge. Perhaps there is a way to have somewhat more robust packaging.

My dog always has expensive tastes so of course she loves the lamb. I added it to the chicken just food for dogs and now she won’t eat the chicken unless it has some of the lamb in it. Great for picky eaters.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Am i reading that right? 47 day supply for a 20lb dog would be 21 packages!? That's like $800 a month and I have 2, 20lb bostons....

  1. I have 2 20-ish lb dogs and we use about 1 pack per day for both dogs. So I bought 15 packs on November 2nd and again on November 17th. Sometimes they eat alot and are super hungry, other days it’s barely touched. But definitely not $800 every 1.5 months, maybe half that much.

Hello, I have an 80lb dog, how much of the frozen package do I give him daily.  Thanks

  1. He needs 3.75 cups per day according to the package

Do you heat on microwave or how do you serve? If it frozen what steps you recommend to unfrozen?

Is the portion chart for one feeding a day total or each feeding a day?

How many servings are in one package of food? My dog is 90LBS and usually eats twice a day. Thanks!

How much food per day for a 27 lb French bulldog?

How do you store the dog food if it has no perservatives? Obviously you freeze it but do you break it down into meal sizes and then thaw it?

          1. You can thaw in the fridge and re-portion how ever you like and you can refreeze the portions once and it's still good in the freezer for a year
