So we are going to use a remote collar to train the puppy to never chew the chainlink fence she doesn’t do it often . A trainer on YouTube Solidk9 training recommended. I think it’s better to have a mild stem correction than broken teeth one day. Also going to use to work on her recall she is 80% reliable everywhere but backyard that’s 10% she comes back. What brands on amazon are good? And how do I condition her to the collar?

I have two neutered cats who love being outside. We live in a mountainous area with wildlife, so we are trying to keep them inside but they learned how to open doors. We are trying to decide b/w a wireless pet fence in our yard where they wear large-ish shock collars (even though they are smaller for cats) all the time as the company says not to wear for more than 12 hours or to just put cat trackers on them and find them every night. We have a huge fenced in dog kennel about 30 feet from our house and our dogs go in it to use the bathroom. But when we take them out without leashes they run away. We already tried electric collers. Building a fence to the kennel is not an option. How do we do this???
