Description

This freshwater plant is actually a hybrid. It comes from Echinodorus schlueteri and Echinodorus barthii. Combined they became Echinodorus ozelot. This species does well for beginners that grows quickly growing an average of one new leaf per week.

• - Does best with at least 3 watts of lighting per gallon of water.
• - Avoid cichlids and goldfish as they tend to damage live plants.
