My dog loves this bed. It’s thick and doesn’t collapse down under him.

My dog is older, and he loves to stretch out when he's sleeping. We have his bed in our living room, and he keeps us company on his new bed while we watch TV. Its very soft, yet gives him plenty of support. He sheds quite a bit, so I wanted a bed with a removable cover I could wash.

Never received, but was charged. Had to call customer service, twice, to find out reason for this and they indicated there was a problem between the third-party vender and FedEx. Requested the order to be cancelled, twice, and was told the refund would appear on my bank account within 24-48 hours. Get an email from customer service letting me know they were looking into the problem, and another email days later to let me know all was resolved and the items were being shipped. I had already purchased them from another company 2 weeks after having a problem with the Petco order and have now sent out a reply that I would not accept delivery and wanted the refund I requested earlier in this debacle or I would dispute the charges with my bank. This is not the first time I have had issues with delivery through Petco.

Never received the dog beds (ordered 2). Was charged for them and it shows on my account as having been shipped. When I go into the tracking site it states that it is still sitting in the warehouse in New Jersey. Called customer service twice to rectify. The representatives were both very nice, but I informed the 2nd rep to just cancel these items all together and to have a return processed to my account.

This is the best bed a bought so far for my lab mix. The cover comes off and is not stitched in for easy washing. It's really comfortable for my 13-year-old dog to sleep on.

This is the most popular bed in the house! We have two dogs and two cats and there is never a “vacancy sign” for this bed. The cover is soft and seems like it would be very delicate but it holds up to washing and scratching with no signs of wear. Great quality bed.

Worst dog bed I've ever purchased in over 20 years of having dogs. The cover is paper thin. Ending up wearing through in the corners, foam crumbled. My dog weighs less than 20 lbs so it's not like its major wear and tear.Unreal! If I could get it negative stars I would. So disappointed.

I have one of these dog beds that’s 6 years old. The foam is starting to deteriorate so I thought I’d get a new bed. I remembered the bed I have being pretty expensive so I thought this one was a deal. Now I know why. This is made of egg crate foam. That’s something that should be mentioned in the description!! Never would’ve purchased if I knew that was the case! What a waste. Now I have to take time to return it during the time when my dog just had TPLO surgery, which is why I wanted a new bed for him. Shame on you guys!!
