For a healthy benefit for your indoor cat, feed 18 treats per 10 lbs of cat throughout the day. As with any treat, adjust amount of main meal to compensate for calories delivered by treats. If fed as a main meal, feed 2/3 - 3/4 cup per 10 lbs of adult cat daily. Always monitor your pet while feeding. Provide fresh drinking water at all times. See your veterinarian regularly. Do these still help with their teeth or are they just for hairballs now?

I accidentally gave my cat treats that had a best by date of April 2019. He is currently being treated for pancreatitis- prednisone 2x a day, buprenorphine 2x a day, and cerenia 1x a day. Is there anything I should be worried about after giving him these treats? I gave him three when giving him his medicine. They were feline greenies dental treats, salmon flavor.

I tried to brush her teeth but that failed. Artemis didn't even want to try the chicken flavored toothpaste. Where do I get cat flavored meds?
My male cat is about 2 years old. He's overweight. He refuses canned cat food, but he will eat canned tuna in water. He eats dry treats and some dry cat foods. He needs to lose weight. He was an alley cat we adopted last year. He's got all his shots and is neutered.
After cat fight & treated at vet with Covina, rabies, anti inflam shot, my indoor/outdoor cat recovered indoors for 3 weeks. He started going outside again in a limited way. He gained weight. About 2-3 pounds. He is getting a tummy. Pics attached. His diet (per day) is free eating Hills Science dry perfect weight chicken, 2 to 2.5 (3oz cans fancy feast, (about 1/2 can at a time when he requests) & occasionally cooked chicken meat.
