Questions
Would this enclosure be good for a couple hermit crabs/is the base deep enough for them to properly burrow?
Would this be good for garter snakes? I am planning on getting 3 and I've seen that a 15-20 gallon would be good for one and people are calling this a 25 gallon.
- It does not have as much "floor space" as a 20gl long fish tank. Garters do climb, but I'd go with a 20gl long tank's floorspace or something similar. Once you fill substrate in, you'll use up a good 2-3" of the height of the enclosure too.

What wattage basking bulb should be used with this enclosure for a baby bearded dragon
Is this long enough for a leopard gecko to have a hot side, cool side, and moist side in between. If not what do you recommend?
- Leopard geckos CAN live in 20 gallon tanks. Mine lives in one, and Yoshi is just fine. Enough for a cool, moist (for shedding), and hot. I also put Yoshi in a 20 gallon tank so I wouldn't do it when it's 18 months old. Yoshi is currently 3 months old. So, DON'T JUDGE ME FOR BEING LAZY!!!

Would this work for a chameleon
- No. Ideally chameleons need well ventilated enclosures that are taller. Something where the walls are screen/mesh would be much better.

- If you have a bio-vivarium setup. Look up biodude hes got a great set up for ball pythons

- Hi! I havent actually got this tank before, but people are saying its 20-25 gallons. I am going to most likely get this for my three soon to be hermies: Coconut, Ivory and Tsunami. I assume this would be ok for hermies, leopard geckos, smaller frogs, etc. Hope this helped out with shopping for your soon to be or new little friend(s)! :D

Hi there. So I am looking into getting a heat dome for my crested gecko. I know they don’t have to have a heat lam but I want him to have a UVB bulb Because it’s good for them. But I am not quite sure that type to get. Any suggestions? I was looking at petco’s tropical combo pack. He lives in a 10 g. With live plant. (I will upgrade when he is bigger) also do you know an age on him? I got him 3 months ago from petsmart. I could tell he was a male a week after I got him. (Pic from yesterday)
SO i am thinking about getting a leopard gecko, but i am not spending a ridiculous amount of money on a cage so i am using a plastic laundrey hamper that seems about maybe 10 gallons and i am setting up little hiddy spots and stuff but i dont know wha tbeedding i should use and how much light they need please hep :)
Hello! I’ve been thinking about purchasing a leopard gecko and I’m not sure if your know anything about this but, would it be okay to use a fish tank that was originally used for a hamster?
I have a new Ball Python that eats allright, but it stays in it's hide all the time, day and night. I keep the temperature gradient consistant. The hide is the black square with a hole in one end. I feed him in a separate clear habitat. The substrate is aspen bedding wich, consists of perfectly square 3mm pieces that stick to every thing it comes in contact withincluding the snake wich is covered. I have to mist more than seven times a day to keep the humidity above 40%. One quart at a time.
Is a 20 gallon tank fine for an 9 month map turtle? Do I need a bigger tank? Thanks!
I am not sure of my turtles age. I have had her for 3 yrs. Dosen't seem to be growing and I'm concerned about the underneath shell. Looks like it is splitting. She is in a 10 gal tank always by the window for sun. Is the tank to small? She eats well, super worms, tomatoes, grapes and strawberries some lettuce.

I have a leopard gecko and it seems that the temperature in the tank isn't getting to what it needs to be. I have a heating mat and a thermostat and i have the heating mat highest up to 93 degrees. But the air inside on the warm side is only like 79 degrees how do I fix this I know that heating mats are the best for them but it isn't making my tank warm enough. Also, I know that heat lamps aren't the best since they aren't basking animals. So what should I do to make it warmer?
