I bought this cage months ago, shortly after the tray was stuck and would not slide out no matter what I did , I ended up loosing my piggy to a respiratory infection never knowing how he got it. About a year later I took in two piggys. About a month or two later the one was sick . I ended up surrendering them to get the treatment they needed and I couldn't pay for as i was looking at least 2,000 vet bill . I was tearing the cage apart, since the tray was stuck I had no idea there was aspace under the wooden board inside the hidey hole. After removing the wooden slat they stand on it smelled like a barn. Without a doubt it was making my piggys sick and killed my first piggy. Horrible design flaw , I feel responsible and will never buy a cage like this again. I will stick to a cage with no pull out tray that I can just take them out , wash and set back up. Not to mention , I'm not sure why the hidey hole has a wooden floor as all they did was pee on it and you can't clean it ? Beware when buying . Too much wood pieces!

I love the guinea pig habitat cages, and I like the the way you make it, and other stuff like that because I love it a lot and I really really really really really love it so much that my hamster and guinea pigs are excited about it so much God bless you all and I'm in for all of y'all I am so glad that I am enjoying it and I enjoy all of the food that you gave me for my husband and guinea pigs and treats for my hamster and guinea pigs too so thank you so much enjoy everything in the future.

Ugh. Beautiful cage but it’s so frustrating. The tray lines up *exactly* under the cage and has an inch ledge INSIDE so if your piggies like to back up to a corner to potty (like my girls) the pee finds the crack and ends up all over your table/floor. The tray edge should’ve been at least a centimeter greater to avoid that. Oh and the pee likes to take the wood stain off so there’s brown pee puddles mucking up everything… it looks like old blood running down the table legs. The hide-away takes up valuable zoomie space too, I thought it would be great but honestly I now wish it had a big open space to pile hay in one corner and set a hide out on the top floor. If I didn’t spend $300 on this a month ago I would just get a new one. Now I’m contemplating sawing out the brown wall of the hide out and trying to figure out a way to improve the tray.

There is absolutely no way to clean the wood when the piggies pee on it!! And they chew the heck out of the ramp and all the wood!!

Good starter enclosure although I am sure in a year or so I will get a C&C cage!

Bought around Easter time. Already our two Guinea pigs have managed to chew through so much of the wood it’s useless.
