What kind of water fountain i can get for my cat?
What is the best dog bowl material that is non toxic, going to stay clean, not get a film at the bottom and not harbor bacteria?
Should I purchase a water fountain for my dog? She does drink on her own several times a day. But that sounds like a good idea. Does it really encourage them to drink more water? Is it easy to clean? I currently like to wash my dogs water bowl daily with warm water and soap. Would this be doable with a water fountain? thanks!
She prefers to drink water from anywhere else but her own bowl even after cleaning and replacing it. Any advice? Thanks
My diabetic dog is drinking 3 cups of water daily, should be only two, for his 20lb. Weight
Hi! I just adopted a 5 month old kitten with CH. I've had him for two days, and have not been able to get him to drink water from a bowl. I've tried several types of bowls with no luck. I've been adding extra water to his wet food in the meantime, which he eats just fine, but I don't think that's an ideal solution long-term. He has a vet appointment next week, but any help in the meantime would be appreciated.
Hi! I am a college student working on a "smart" dog food bowl. Our project aims to address epidemic of dog obesity, as 56% of dogs are overweight; this statistic indicates that there is room in the market for a food monitoring solution that would improve pet health in the long-run. The bowl would come equipped with a scale/sensor connected to an application that recommends servings. Do you think both water and food should be weighed? Or just food? Is there a value in weighing water like food?
What is the best way to clean his water bottle? Especially the nozzle that he drinks from, Q-tips don't seem to reach down far enough and my bottle brush is too thick. Can I run the bottle and nozzle in the dishwasher or would the chemicals hurt him? Or can I put the dishwasher on the sanitize setting with no dishwasher soap?
Everytime brownie finishes drinking water she drops the bowl of water and she mean it. How can i teach her to stop doing it?
My toy Australian Shepard drinks up to 4 bowls of water a day (each about 1 and a half cups). Is this a normal amount of water for her to drink at her size or should I look into it?
I just got this dog and am a little rusty on dog ownership I've been giving her about 2 cups of dry dog food twice a day. Is that enough or too much? should I just leave out a self-dispensing water container? I don't know if I should regulate her water intake.
My 4 month old puppy is being treated for Giardia. He is eating fine but stopped drinking from his water bowl. I used another bowl and he drank from it once or twice last night, but this AM he sniffs around the bowl, the bowl & water but won’t drink. I put some chicken broth in the water which worked at first but he’s back to nit drinking again. I have 2 bowls set out for him - one metal and one ceramic. How can I get him back to drinking? I’ve been using filtered water & tried bottled water.
