Questions
What is the filling? Is it egg crate, memory foam or tiny random cut up pieces of filling? Most orthopedic beds are memory foam but nothing is listed here for what’s on the inside.
- I’m not sure what the bed is stuffed with but my Black Mouth Cur loves to stretch out in it. I can tell you it’s not an egg crate or memory foam.

How large of a dog can fit in the large bed? I can’t tell in the pictures if the size shown with peoples pets is a large or xl. Specifications don’t list recommended size and weight of dogs for each size.
- I bought the x-large, ended up giving it away. my dog is 51 pounds. I gave it away to someone with a great dane! it took up half of my living room floor. I could of fit 4 dogs of my sized dog on it. Very deceiving with picture etc.

What type of bed would you suggest for my miniature dachshund? She is 3 1/2 months old. She gets cold easily & sleeps w/ me in my bed. She always loves cuddling with me whever I am if on the couch resting, etc. I always have a small blanket & she loves for me to cover her up totally.. She crawls under it & goes to sleep!
I need to add cotton to the pillow mat for my dog bed because it’s going flat, can I use any kind of cotton or should I be careful picking one out? She doesn’t chew her beds at all, it’s just going flat. Where can I get cotton for her bed?
We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore. He just humps it and licks it. We can put him directly in it and force him to sit, but he won’t stay long and looks uncomfortable. Should I take the bed away? Why won’t he lag on it anymore?
14.5 yr old lab healthy except for osteoarthritis. had erlychiosis 3X, 2X hospitalized, in 2015. pretty stiff walking,does not do stairs, have to lift her to car. on glucosamine/chroin for 5 years, rimadyl 100mg for 3. big problems laying down, circles several times, sometimes aborts her lay down and walks away, or gets halfway down and falls the rest. laying down harder than getting up. good appetite, bowel and kidneys fine. what to do? change NSAID? add tramadol? what is best supplement?

My dog is getting older and has recently been having urine accidents in her sleep. She's a spayed female German Shepherd dog, approximately 50 pounds, guessing she's 7 or 8 (she was a rescue). Been going on for several months. No change in appetite or thirst, no decrease in activity level. She has been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for her hips and is now more active. What can I do as far as medicine or dietary changes to help her manage it?
Rudy often sleeps 20 hours per day. It is not a sound sleep, as he often lays quietly with his eyes open. He is a rescue dog and we've had him for 8 weeks. He seems comfortable with us and is energetic when he is awake. His poops are a little soft, so we have been adding pure pumpkin - it has helped somewhat, but not completely. Not sure if it is okay that he sleeps so much. Is he just bored? He does not "play" with toys and does not engage with us other than for some training and petting.
