Just bought this and it is impossible to put the frame together. Am not a weakling, but the 4 metal bars have no spring action and simply will not give enough to fit into each other. Will be returned to Petco today.

Great portability. However we had it about than a month before the fabric seperated from the zipper and our dog was about to get out

I purchased this 2 weeks ago and already both of the zippers are broken on the top.

Price point was the only positive. Purchased for a litter of kittens to expand their play area, worked for 3 weeks before outgrown. Miserable to put up, it has the end pieces that screw into the corners, one on each alternate end, you have to be very strong, and at 65 with arthritis, it was horrible, I resorted to using pliers, only able to turn about 1/4 turn at a time. I took down today, skinned my knuckles on both hands, got it fully turned out, it just wouldn't come apart, and I just didn't have to strength to further pull it apart so I simply hit each end on the screw section once with a dead blow hammer, all done, fully dismantled, and it went out in the rubbish. Spend more $ and get one with the spring loaded pieces on the top of the unit that meet in the middle on the sides and just click in.

Regretfully, I didn't return this. I thought it would eventually off gas. I wiped it down with vinegar. Set it outside in the sun for a few days. It still smells like a new tent. I would never put my dog in this long term. CHEAP material.

The zippers are nylon, can be breached by the dog wanting out, not a good feature on an otherwise nice product.

8# chihuahua who is crate trained (8 years of sore crate experience) tore through the top of this crate one night. Sorely disappointed that this didn’t last 24 hours after purchase.

I bought this and just had a little over 2 days and my dog is crate trained and the quality and material for this is very poor.
