Questions
What does the double blinking lights mean?? I cleaned it not too long ago so I’m really not sure what it means
Why does the water fountain quit running randomly? It has water and is in normal mode so I don't understand why it stops working
- Even though the name touts it as "self-cleaning" the pump (and the rest of the fountain) needs to be cleaned at least 1-2x/week. Disassemble it, clean it, then reassemble. Don't forget to change the fountain filters when the flow diminishes.

What kind of water fountain i can get for my cat?
Should I purchase a water fountain for my dog? She does drink on her own several times a day. But that sounds like a good idea. Does it really encourage them to drink more water? Is it easy to clean? I currently like to wash my dogs water bowl daily with warm water and soap. Would this be doable with a water fountain? thanks!

Hi! I just adopted a 5 month old kitten with CH. I've had him for two days, and have not been able to get him to drink water from a bowl. I've tried several types of bowls with no luck. I've been adding extra water to his wet food in the meantime, which he eats just fine, but I don't think that's an ideal solution long-term. He has a vet appointment next week, but any help in the meantime would be appreciated.

Hello, A couple of days ago, i began to see my cat pawing at her water bowl instead of drinking from it. What concerns me is that i’m not sure when this habit started, i am afraid she hasn’t been drinking enought water as she’s supposed to. I suspect she has diarrhea, because when she’d do her business in the litter box i’d see wet poop stains on the carpet. I have currently bought a water fountain, if that changes anything.
