My pet has torn all his beds and now sleeps on a blanket or a bedsheet. I hope that won't cause any joint problems in the long run? It seems that he is comfortable sleeping this way. Is it safe?

It has been determined that my dog has fleas. We took him to an emergency vet last month and got Nexgard for him there (only a 1 month dose). Pet had skin die off, back rt foot (after severe abscess in back rt hip threatened amputate) Vet removed dead, new skin growth underneath. This left atleast 50% of exposed flesh, the other has new skin growth. Antibiocs & cleaning w/chlorhexidine 2xs a day.(metacam 1x day for 2 day.)With cleaning and limited mobility still seems impossible to keep clean, constantly finding dirt/debris, misc stuck to raw skin. Is there a safe way to cover wound while also letting it breathe for healing purposes?
my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?

I'm afraid Xylitol made be an ingredient that is not disclosed on the package. I contacted Natures Made. I was told No Xylitol in the Melatonin.
