How’d our this work on matted hair on cats back

Not well! I bought this specifically for a matted cat and the Conair couldn't handle getting through it. The batteries didn't last long enough, there wasn't enough power and the teeth on the shaver were just a tad too shallow

As far as versatility let’s just say it was supposed to be for our dog but my foreign mom thinking they’re normal clippers ended up using it on her va-j-j and swears by it 😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately for me, a micro pet trimmer doesn’t do a whole lot of good on a wooly malamute- which I have two of. We definitely need a lot of grooming help around here, but at 75 and 105lb - micro won’t cut it. I’ll be donating these to our local shelter.

The only thing I can say negative about it does have to be clump free in order for it to go through the hair to cut it. We used a scissors and then used that afterwards. It does do its job. Would recommend it to a friend.
