Comfortis is a monthly chewable tablet used to kill fleas and indicated for the prevention and treatment of flea infestations in dogs and cats. Its beef flavor is derived from pork protein and hydrolyzed soy.

Comfortis is a chewable tablet that is given orally with food for maximum effectiveness. If vomiting occurs within one hour of administration, redose with another full dose. Comfortis is preferably started one month before fleas become active and should be given monthly through the end of the flea season. In areas where fleas are common year-round, monthly treatment should continue the entire year without interruption. This medication should only be given to the pet for whom it was prescribed.

Slow delivery, damaged package

It is unfortunate that the Vetco vet could not provide this me dice that my dog needed desperately. Instead I had to order it on line and it took 6 days to receive it. Instead of packing it in a box, the placed it in a shipping bag so I received it in a damaged flatten box. Fortunately the tablets were not damaged. Never again will I use Petco

It works so good, our dog has no fleas and I forgot a few times to give it too her, well my in laws have a cat and he had fleas and our dog got them. I gave her this and the next morning all we found were dead fleas in her!!

Strong odor of the pill

If your cat is picky, those pills likely will not work as they have a strong, medical odor that even I noticed. I mixed it in my cat's wet food and she rather stayed hungry than to eat it.

If these are beef flavored why don’t they smell like it? I know these work great but my cat hates the smell and she won’t eat it. Could you please match the smell to the taste. People would buy this a lot more.

    This is not a "chewable" product. They are hard and my cats did not like them and would not eat it. I tried breaking them up and that was difficult because they are to hard. They would not eat them either. Waste of my money.

    Yes this product is excellent!! I have 3 cats and 4 dogs and this is all I use. It’s great! Doesn’t smell good and it is a pill so I stick in the back of pets throats. Or use a pill dispenser.
