I am looking for an every day cleaner that is safe around my cat. I was using Mrs. Meyer’s as an all purpose cleaner until I saw that there was bergamot oil and birch bark extract, which I guess aren’t good for cats. I use Seventh Generation for a disenfectant, but it contains lemongrass which is also not good for cats. I obviously do not spray the cleaner directly on my cat, but if he walks on a countertop I have cleaned, is this dangerous? Are there any safe cleaners? Essential oils scare me!
Hi - I was getting huge house centipedes in my new townhouse. We are right on the edge of a large wooded area. I heard peppermint oil helps. I dashed oil on the tracks of all upstairs windows. Not on the sill, not anywhere the cat can physically climb to get to. But after a few hours it's still kind of a strong peppermint smell. It's not being difused and it's not anywhere he can physically touch. But we can smell it in the air. Will he be ok? Cleaning up with Clorox wipes now in case.

My sister pushed the button of air fresh pure for whole 3 seconds, my dog was in the next room and the smell was so strong that i even smelt in the closeted room next to my dog’s, the smeal was so strong u could feel burning in the nose. Hi! I have 5 cats in my home and I have those new Airwick Essential Oil diffusers that run on batteries? (If you look it up, I'm sure you can find them!).
