What can I give a feral cat mixed in with food for an eye and nose infection

With liquid clindamycin the normal dosage for a 10# cat is 25mg/ml...what would the dilution amount be if using these 150mg capsules?

    1. Bcarlof is correct in the 1st answer. The easiest way to get the capsule divided into 3 doses is to empty it onto a clean surface such as a small paper plate or even an index card. Then carefully divide powder from capsule into 3 even piles. I use a playing card or index card to divide the powder. Then I'll get the powder mixed into a bit of Luke warm water, usually about 2ml and add 1 ml of karo syrup or honey to aide in helping the medicine go down! The karo or honey helps with energy too. Hope this helps!
