Bravecto Topical may be administered every 8 weeks in case of potential exposure to Dermacentor variabilis ticks. Treatment with Bravecto Topical may begin at any time of the year and can continue year round without interruption. The single-dose applicator tube is easy to use. Simply open the applicator, part the hair on the cat's neck at the base of the head, and apply. Make sure you get the medication directly on your cat's skin, not on the haircoat. Do not let your cat lick herself until the product dries (approximately 30 minutes after application).

No more fleas

I applied slightly lower on my cats neck and I was afraid he would lick it off. Luckily for me he did not lick off the medicine. All fleas were eliminated in the first day. Maybe I was lucky enough to catch it early on or I may have have had difficulty like the other reviewer. My vet prescribed it to me and I dont know how to go about getting some more without seeing a vet.

It is very easy to order this product on the website. I like the convenience of the quarterly application but my cat runs when she sees me coming with it. It takes two people to administer.

Takes 3 months to eliminate fleas from cats

My vet recommended this product. Two days after applying it to my cat, she has more fleas than ever before. I haven't seen one dead flea yet. I called Merck and was told Bravecto takes 3 months to eliminate fleas from cats. I would never have purchased this product if I had known that. What a waste of money and time.
