I have been giving my 20-year-old cat Proviable for many months now. I got it from my vet when I brought her in for her diarrhea and he gave her Flagyl and told me to give the Proviable to her for a month. I couldn't get the Flagyl down her but was able to mix the Proviable in her food and that worked. My cat's poop has blood in it lately. He's had loose stools for about 2 weeks now, which was when he was dewormed. I started him on these probiotics three days ago. He's eating his food but he doesn't finish it in one sitting. He usually finishes it quickly. He's been pooping a lot too for the past few days. But the blood only showed up prominently today. Both the photos of the poop were from today. I've changed his food from all wet food to dry food in the morning and wet food at night.
