Dear Blue Buffalo Hi, I'm Chaos, aptly labeled, and I love Blue Buffalo. Me and my brother have a giant tree and we need protein for strong healthy muscles, and, nutrition to regrow our amazingly soft fur. Without it, we wouldn't be able to regenerate our energy or claws, and the squirrels would win. Not on Dad's watch, he loves the reaction and happy snorts we make while purring eating. He's got a subscription! So he doesn't have to deal with running to find a healthy substitute last minute. I'm on high protein now so I can reach my full potential, and continue excessive tree chases, followed by naps on my hammock. Thank you for the amazing product, I would love you to use the lick pic for your needs. You are Welcome Blue Buffalo Love Chaos

Petco’s prices are very competitive, much cheaper than most. However, with the sales promotion that Petco offered, the prices were 20% cheaper than Chewy’s. Petco has a great selection of pet food and products at superior prices. The process to purchase online was very easy and delivery was speedy.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We have always fed our cats Blue Buffalo cat food products. Recently I noticed our fur babies having dandruff and dry coats/skin. Naturally I was concerned, they have been eating the BB Flatland food. I did my due diligence with research, evidentially they have become sensitive to any type of fowl, they do not care for fish they eat it but protest about it, Chicken is a huge no no it really dries their skin/coats out and causes huge dandruff issues. After stopping the BB Chicken, we went to the Flatland they ate it for about a year and a half and started developing issues just like chicken. After the research, we decided to purchase the Rocky Mountain Red Meat food. They have been eating it for a week, no dandruff, no dry coat/skin a bonus is their energy level has sky rocketed. They are four years old and are running around like kittens. They don’t eat as much so, it must be more filling than the BB Flatland. I believe we have found the balance we needed for our fur babies, healthy shiny coats, no dry skin, no dandruff.

Just to be clear I don't think this food is bad quality. The reason I gave a lower star rating is because my cats won't eat it, but they are super picky! I think under normal circumstances most cats would love this product, mine just don't unfortunately.

Yes, I recommend this product.

How can this advertised as "poultry and chicken free formula" when it contains Dried Egg Product which is a poultry product?

  1. Thanks for your question. Eggs are labeled differently. While eggs do come from chicken, and chicken is poultry, the egg itself is not poultry (meat), it is simply an animal product. We do encourage our pet parents to always carefully read ingredient labels on the actual package in hand. We hope this helps!
