Is blue buffalo a good Great Dane puppy food? Or what is the best food for my Dane puppy without coming too much out of pocket for a small bag.
Hey guys, I’m slowly transitioning my dogs over to adult food but they are still getting their puppy food. Mia always has some kind of allergy so I was looking into getting BLUE Basics® Grain-Free Salmon & Potato Recipe For Adult Dogs but it doesn’t have any chicken or poultry by-product meals, corn, wheat, soy, dairy or eggs. Is that even healthy missing all of those food groups? Right now my dogs are on Blue buffalo freedom grain free.
I have a 9 week old male golden retriever, mom is 50lbs, dad is 58lbs and the breeder has him on Purina Puppy, which I want to change him off of as fast as possible. I fed my jack Russell blue buffalo “life protection” for the 17 years I owned her. I’ve continued it with Kalei, and don’t plan to change brands unless you advise different. But I see that there are 4 different blue buffalo foods.”Basics”, “Freedom”, “Life Protection”, and “Wilderness”. I’m anal on feeding nothing but the best for my dog, as well as the ingredients in it that best fits the needs for the specific breed. So which of these 4 is the best one for a Boston Terrier’s needs ? THANKS !
Currently feeding my puppy Blue Buffalo Chicken and Brown Rice. He hasn't been eating regularly for a few weeks and often skips meals. He doesn't have any issues with eating his training treats though. He also has gas and his bowel movements are not regular in time or consistency. Some are regularly and some are quite mushy. In addition, he eats a lot of grass bdoesn't throw up at all. Should I stick with this food or start introducing something new?
What is a recommended dog food? My dog just turned one and she has developed a sensitive stomach to her blue buffalo food (chicken & brown rice). She was not a a fan of this food and often wouldn’t eat it. I was recommended by my vet to try Natural Balance LID, and her health has improved (no more puking or diarrhea) but she is never excited to eat it & often waits until later to finally eat breakfast. I have her on chicken & sweet potato. Should I try duck? Or fish? or a different brand?

I did research & came across these dry foods: Merrick Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Merrick Limited Ingredient Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Taste of Wild Pacific Stream Grain Free Smoked Salmon, Taste of Wild Appalachian Valley Small Bree’s Grain after Roasted Venison. Are any of those good, if so which one? Want to stay chicken free.

Are there any healthy training treats that I can give to my puppy through out the day?
My dog has recently developed an allergy to her blue buffalo food. I was recommended by my vet to switch her to Natural Balance LID. I bought her the chicken and sweet potato flavor, but she doesn’t seem to like it. She is never excited to eat anymore. I bought her the duck and potato flavor and it upset her stomach (I barely put any of the duck flavor in with her chicken). What do I do? I want her to enjoy her food but I feel bad changing her diet again since it always makes her sick.
