1) Fill a clean empty litter box with 3 - 4 inches of ARM & HAMMER HardBall Clumping Lightweight Litter. 2) Kitty litter forms solid clumps. Remove clumps and solid waste daily to keep the rest of the litter fresh. 3) Add more ARM & HAMMER HardBall Clumping Lightweight Cat Litter to replace what you have scooped out and maintain a depth of 3 - 4 inches. Once a month, empty the entire litter box. SWITCHING WITH EASE TO HARDBALL CLUMPING LITTER: 1) Pour 1 inch of ARM & HAMMER Clumping Litter into a clean litter box and add 1 - 2 inches of your old litter brand on top. Do not mix; your cat will mix as it is used. 2) The next time you change the litter box, fill with 2 inches of ARM & HAMMER HardBall Clumping Litter and 1 - 2 inches of your old litter brand. Both my daughter abd i bought the new lite weight litter and it made the litter box Smell so bad. Iteasnewdo we thought lite weight and hard clumps. Went soggy ,a few clumps and very stinky. Won't use it again And it was expensive

I honestly purchase this product because I had a coupon code and thought I’d try it out because it sounded like it met the standards I was looking for. It smells nice for a long time, tracks almost nothing and saves me time to work on other tasks instead of spending so much time cleaning her box.

The one time I bought and used this litter I absolutely loved it so much. Unlike clay litter it clumps into nice hard round balls that do not break apart as you are scooping the litter. It also really takes care of the poop smell very well. I also found that the litter was virtually dust free while I poured it into the box. We are finally going to make the switch to this litter and I am super excited about it! I am receiving points toward rewards in the Kitty Krew Community for writing this review. I bought this two weeks ago and pored it in the box two days ago. The litter was light wight snd carrying it was easy. However, the smell is unbearable! It smells like old tobacco or cigars! Overnight my entire home, both floors, have been filled with this smell. The box says it “shrinks waste odors”. Sure does, you can’t smell the waste for the wretched smell of stale ashtrays in a pool parlor. Sorry guys, it’s a great lightweight product that I thought would be worth the money. Not if the smell chases me out of the house. Arm and Hammer has much better products.

Does ayone know if the scent is very strong? Or what the difference between this that clearly states it is scented and the option you can get at Walmart that does not say that it is scented?

In general we recommend referring to the litter robot’s user manual regarding the use of clumping litter, particularly lightweight litter, in your specific machine.
