For best results from your kitty litter when using ARM & Hammer Clump & Seal AbsorbX, follow these instructions for use: 1) Fill a clean, empty kitty litter box with 3-4 inches of ARM & HAMMER Clump & Seal AbsorbX clumping cat litter. 2) Litter traps and seals odors and forms fast, rock hard clumps. For kittens, tiny kittens can be sensitive to dust and the smaller granules of lightweight litter may bother their more delicate systems. Hi is it ok to use special odour preventers to help prevent odours in cat litter boxes?I found this in Walmart is it a good brand?not quite sure
Adopted 3mo kitten use to paper pellet litter. Always uses litter box. I'm trying to find non dusty, I live in single wide trailer, clumping and unscented. What do you suggest I try?
What are good brands or types of litter that I can use? I use arm and hammer slide and my cat loves it, but it was gone the last time so i got another brand and my cat scoots her but butt. I need a brand that is an alternative for times when my primary type of litter isn't in store.
My cat is 7 & is heavy (15# instead of 12/13). The last few months, he's been urinating in the hallway off & on, & he was vomiting occasionally. His vet ran bloodwork (not sure what tests), said everything looked normal. They couldn't get urine. We tried Clavamox, thought may allergy, so switching food to Instinct. I've been cleaning his litter box more, especially since his poop smells foul the last couple days. There's 1 other cat in the house & 3 litter boxes (1 ea floor). What else can I do?

I found out that mittens doesn’t like scented litter and was refusing to use the litter box. So I bought him arm and hammer unscented litter. I have three, 6 week old kittens. I Was wondering is Zeolite and Baking Soda are harmful if ingested? I bought a new type of cat litter because I couldn't find Yesterday's News soft pellets, so I settled for Exquisicat (pet smart brand) it says it's recycled paper, but I noticed after buying it that it has recycled paper, Zeolite and Baking soda. Now I'm afraid to use it, because the kittens are at that age where they eat small amounts of the litter and roll around in it constantly. Thank you!
Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.

Our cat Garu suffers from feline pica. He is 2 years old and neutered. He only used clay clumping litter up until now. But today we bought silica crystal litter from the brand Pestell for him. We put the crystal litter on the litter box and he immediately started to eat it. The litter is made of big silica crystals and some are blue to indicate the time to change them. He would chew multiple crystals at the same time. We removed some but he still swallowed a little. Is it harmful?
