I bought this a few days ago, and unfortunately, three of our fish died. I followed the dosage instructions carefully and got the measurements right, but you're supposed to dose every 24 hours for the first three days. We had work the next day and knew we’d be out, so we dosed a bit early—about 5 hours ahead of schedule. I believe that timing mistake is what caused their deaths. This stuff is incredibly potent. I’d been dealing with an algae bloom for months before resorting to this, and I regret not trying a tank blackout first. I’ll never use this product again. Yes, it was user error—but even a small misstep was too deadly. We were able to save three endlers by completely changing the water, but they’re still struggling. There’s also a huge amount of dead algae now causing its own issues. The symptoms we saw included: grey coloration, lethargy, and in the endlers, drooping tails with little to no power. Our loach, Lenny, just turned grey and died within 10 hours of the second dose. RIP Lenny, Adidas, and Roan.

Might help for other people, but in my experience it’s pretty pointless. I mean for the price of it is alright. But I used it when setting up a new tank and my other set up tanks. Nothings changed after a 5 day process, tested the water at the fish store and said everything was alright. Pretty pointless product for me though.

I usually buy another brand and this one was great

Built a koi pond and purchase rocks for it. Even though I rinsed the rock prior to putting in the pond there was a lot of residue. This product overnight really did the job.

Bought this item because my tank was very cloudy even after a water change. I did 2 doses of this and the tank was clear as can be. I’d recommend this to anyone with a large tank that is hard to maintain.

I bought this yesterday for the first time. It does work! However, I added it to my tank around 1pm and it wasn’t clear until the following morning. I’m more curious to see how long it stays clear. Will post update.
