we have a 20 pound rat terrier mix in excellent health, not overweight. She is 11 yrs old and we were trying to fin d a carrier like a backpack to put her in for our long walks, when she gets tired. There are so many to choose from. I like the ones that we strap on the front of the human, and her legs stick out at the top and bottom just like a real baby. However I am concerned that the position might put too much pressure on her back end. What can you recommend?
Will my ShiChon who is 15 long and 11 high fit in a airline soft sided carrier that is 17x11x11? Will she be comfortable as well? I’ve attached a picture of her in it. She climbed in herself.

my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?

I believe my boyfriends mother's dog had a stroke. She cannot afford to take him to the vet. He is a 10 year old obese chiweenie. Both eyes are dilated and non light responsive. He is left side weak, left front leg keeps giving out, he has loss of balance and cannot walk more than a few feet. He still eats, barely drinks, and is struggling to go to the bathroom. How can I make him more comfortable? How can I help him urinate and deficate when he cannot stand.
