honestly i haven’t had this that long to tell u it works perfectly. But, for the time being it’s done it’s job and i haven’t had any problem with it affecting my fish negatively or my live plants. i do really like the red bottle that clears the water. it makes everything look crystal clear.

How long does the water treatment take before you can add fish?

Rather quickly, depending on the amount of water you're treating. Liberally, with a filtered aquarium, I think leaving the tank to dechlorinate for 20-30 minutes should be enough; erring on the side of caution, you could give the tank an hour before safely adding fish. Gently mixing the treatment into the water will speed up the process but, of course, do not do this once the fish are added.

How many ounces are the bottles?

Thank you for your question. Each bottle contains 1.06 fluid ounces. The dosage will vary from 2-4 drops per 5 gallons for the F Aquarium water Clarifier to 2 drop per 50 gallons for the remainder of the kit.
