Hi. I am a new hamster owner. Can I use BEAPHAR cage fresh granules for my hamster cage?
Our cat Garu suffers from feline pica. He is 2 years old and neutered. He only used clay clumping litter up until now. But today we bought silica crystal litter from the brand Pestell for him. We put the crystal litter on the litter box and he immediately started to eat it. The litter is made of big silica crystals and some are blue to indicate the time to change them. He would chew multiple crystals at the same time. We removed some but he still swallowed a little. Is it harmful?

Currently I’m in the market to buy one online that is advertised as a “solid metal cage” coated with “non-toxic hammertone paint” which included stainless steel dishes. I was just wondering if this would actually be a safe cage for a green cheek. The seller is YaheeTech, which is based in Ontario California but customer pictures show a box with "Made in China." Mostly 5 stars, with lowest rating be 3 stars. Is non-toxic hammertone safe?

Can Guinea pigs use grreat choice pine wood shavings? I see carefresh made a mixture of paper and wood shavings. I'm low on funds this week and I had bought and aired out (for 4 days) grreat choice pine wood for my hamsters. I switched my guinea pigs to Kaytee Lavender bedding. They both have food, hay, and water. Two bowls of food, two bottles of water, and two hay containers. They both seem to be chewing on the bedding and I'm worried. Should this be a concern? I'm worried about their digestive system from chewing on the bedding. My girl friend said her guinea does it too when she's bored, could this be why they are chewing it? They share a cage.

But, I read online that some pet owners have used regular high protein wet food in addition to this nutri-vet or other dl-methionine supplements.

Hello, I have my kitten sleeping in my arms right now, and as usual while he sleeps I check his paws, nails, teeth and ears. Today in each passing there was white rocks stuck to his paw, when I tried to unattach one it came off but not any of the other. What is it and how do I take them off. (Looks like rocks from the litter, but how do I take them out and how do I prevent that from happening again?
